BLOG-SIGN-UP-CREATE.PHP

These two scripts can be used in conjuction with blog-editor. blog-sign-up.php alows users to sign up through email. It requires an authentication system preventing automated submissions. blog-create.php helps a system admin set up a blog-editor account.
